Florian is the eldest sister of Jaune Arc and joined the Atlassian military the first chance she couldshe was Winter's partner in the team and at first they didn't like each other eventually became in sync and best of friendsshe is Kind and protective to friends and family and serious towards those she deems a threat and is extremely strict to those she sees has more potential then they seem to be grasping atfor awhile after what happened to her brother and friends she left the military and was deemed a traitor when she wouldn't arrest her own brother but after Winter and the others defeated ironwood she was brought back to the fold and promoted to Captain

Her look and armor is of Jean from Genshin Impact
Weapon/Semblance
Her Weapon is a long blade she named Arc of Elements it is made out of a material that is borderline unbreakable and has all types of dust infused into the blade and is able to switch between each element at a moment's notice
Her Semblance is call Wind's Of The Gods it allows her to manipulate the air around her even morphing into a puff of air to travel faster
